1. Introduction

Welcome to Practically Perfect Salon and Spa. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or services.

 

2. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Booking: Appointments can be made online, over the phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.

  • Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure appointments, especially for special events or group bookings.

  • Cancellations: We request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to call before the 24 hour window may result in a 50% cancellation fee. Any 'No-Call No-Shows' will results in a 100% charge of the original service.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, the length of your service may be reduced to avoid inconveniencing other clients, and you will still be charged the full service price.

  • Large Parties: For any party including 3 or more people, please refer to our "Formal/Events" page for booking.

 

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing: All service prices are subject to change without notice. Please refer to our website or contact us for the most up-to-date pricing.

  • Payments: We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website. Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Gratuity: Gratuities are not included in the service price but are always appreciated.

 

4. Gift Cards and Promotions

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are available for purchase and can be redeemed for services and products at our salon. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Promotions: Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Terms and conditions of promotions may vary, and we reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

 

5. Salon Etiquette

  • Respect: To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that you respect our staff and other clients.

  • Children: For safety reasons and to ensure a tranquil experience for all clients, we request that children are only brought to the salon if they have a scheduled appointment.

 

6. Liability

  • Personal Items: Practically Perfect Salon and Spa is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. Please keep your belongings secure during your visit.

  • Health and Safety: If you have any health concerns or allergies, please inform your service provider before your appointment. Practically Perfect is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.

 

7. Corrections and Returns:

  • Services: All services are non-refundable in the event that the service can be corrected. If you are unhappy with any service you are provided, corrections can be made free of charge if we are notified within 7 business days. In the event that a client changes their mind regarding hair services after one is completed, a redo will be charged full price. Corrective services free of charge can only be done if the stylist makes a mistake during the first service.

  • Product Returns: We are happy to accept returns on most merchandise purchased within 7 business days of purchase with a valid receipt. Opened products WILL be checked to ensure the actual product was returned. Any tampering of the product sold will result in a denied return.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior and/or refusing to follow our Terms and Conditions.

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
