Any party of 3 or more OR travel services must be booked through email or the form below.
Please note that we encourage anyone receiving wedding services to schedule a trial beforehand to ensure that they receive the service they are looking for. We cannot guarantee 100% satisfaction on the wedding day without a trial, and refunds will not be given on the day of a wedding if the stylist is unable to provide the guest with their exact request.
Booking
A deposit of 20% of the estimated total is required to reserve the event date. This is refundable up to one month or 30 days before the event date. The payment can be made by credit card, cash, or check.
Your deposit will be deducted from the total balance which will be due on the day of your event.
Deposit
Travel Fee: For off-site locations, an additional travel fee will be added to the final total. If the off-site location is more than 3 hours away, hotel and flight (if necessary) accommodations will be required.
Travel Fee Minimum

For venues less than 8 miles from Salon: $100 per car needed

For venues more than 8 miles from the salon, $4 per additional mile will be added to the travel fee (per car)
Travel
For big holidays which our employees would not usually be required to work, an additional 20% service charge will be added to the total. These holidays include Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve or New Years Day
Holiday
For any start time before 7 am, an additional $30 per hour per service provider will be added to your total.
Early Start
Any changes to the requested services or number of people in the party must be submitted 30 days before the wedding day. After that date, you will be responsible for the cost of all services listed in the contract.
Cancellations can be made up to 30 days before the wedding day without any extra charges. If you cancel within 30 days prior to your wedding date, your deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel within 14 days of the wedding day, you will be charged 50% of the total quote. Any day-of cancellation will result in a charge of 100% of the wedding date quote.
